The Schoeller-Dynatec High Tenacity Nylon Mesh serves as the main body and arm fabric, with a comfort-mapped mesh chassis (shell and liner). Karbonite Micromesh 4-Way Stretch 1000D Cordura is used in the stretch zones, providing a stretch woven material fully porous for airflow. Superfabric is located on the shoulders and elbows for enhanced protection. 3M Scotchlite C790 Carbon Black Reflective Material offers Biomotion Recognition, while durable 750D Cordura fabric is used for the cargo pockets, cuffs, and hem, with YKK zippers throughout.

Safety is ensured with the D3O armor system, featuring CE Level 1 LP1 vented shoulder/elbow pads and a CE Level 1 back pad. The armor pad pockets are engineered with Klimatek cooling stretch mesh for comfort. The jacket is also kidney belt compatible (sold separately).

In terms of ventilation, the Schoeller-Dynatec mesh panels provide full-time chassis ventilation, with air permeability through the Karbonite Micromesh stretch zones, ensuring airflow at all speeds. A collar tab at the back increases airflow to the upper chest.
